Kalie Evans, Realtor®

406-868-8083 | Kalie@Corderland.com

kalie-evansI’m a small town Montana girl with a love for everything relating to cattle ranching. From a young girl showing registered Herefords, to marrying my high school sweetheart, to becoming a mom and helping run a 4th-generation Angus ranch, I’ve been country all my life. In July 2016, my husband and my dedication to genetics in cattle paid off when we were honored by the Northern Livestock Video with the Young Producer of the Year Award.

When I can turn my attention away from family and cattle, I enjoy cranking up the music and welding metal yard art in my shop. I much prefer old worn boots to high heels and a good horse to a 4-wheeler. My appreciation runs deep for all the beauty Montana has to offer. As a Realtor, I can share my love for the land, passion for my work and knowledge of the agriculture business. With the support of Corder and Associates, let me help you begin your real estate adventure.

I’m a business professional and business partner with over 20 years in sales and marketing experience. Understanding the challenges and stresses that come with real estate decisions, I’ll provide comprehensive and high quality service with Integrity and Reliability to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition.

Over 13 years ago, my family and I moved here from Hawaii after my husband was relocated to Malmstrom AFB. We fell in love with this beautiful state and its wonderful people which is why Montana is now home.

When I am not working or volunteering, I enjoy camping, traveling and hanging out with family and friends over good ol’ Island BBQ.

I am so excited and look forward to meeting your real estate needs and gaining a new friend!

Ty Heaps, Realtor®

406-580-3888 | Ty@Corderland.com

Over 10 years ago my wife and I relocated to Montana and the stunning Gallatin Valley to start our family. Though Idaho remains very dear to us, we continue to raise our three children in the morning shadow of the Bridgers and evening shadow of the Tobacco Roots.

Montana has been wonderful to us. As a professional guide I had the privilege of guiding hunters all over her vast landscapes. As HR and Fundraising Manager for Holy Cow Ranches, a non-profit partnering farmers and ranchers with local churches to fight hunger, I had the great experience of diving into the Big Sky’s generous ranching community. After starting our family here I felt the need to serve and subsequently had the privilege of serving in the Marine Corps for 6 years, finishing my time as a Platoon Sergeant in 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, D Company in Billings, Montana. Now, as a Realtor, I love helping other folks claim their piece in the Big Sky country. It truly has been a blessing to us and I can’t help but want to share it with others.

Alongside my role as a Real Estate Agent for Corder and Associates I volunteer as a City Leader for Bunker Labs, a non-profit helping Veteran entrepreneurs start, grow, and maintain their businesses. It all keeps me very busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Montana is too good to not go all in!

Kate Jones, Broker

Farmer, Rancher, Executive, Community Leader, Sales Consultant, Realtor, Mom, Grandma, Wife! As you can see I wear many hats. I was a farmer/rancher owner most of my adult life in Iowa. I began tagging along with my father and grandfather on the family farm as a toddler and sold my first load of pigs and calves when I was nine years. I found my calling early in life.

After college at South Dakota State University, I moved back to the family farm and began raising corn, soybeans, hay as well as managing a large cow/calf and pig operation. Over the years, I developed an expertise and appreciation for all issues that face agriculture on a daily basis. Nurturing the movement of beef, pork, corn, and soybeans to market was hard work but very rewarding. A life experience I loved.

On a trip to Montana some years ago I fell in Love with the “Last Best Place”; changed gears and moved to the Flathead Valley. I became a Montana Realtor and started selling land and properties to others looking for the same wonderful experience I had. It became a natural fit and I love working with folks who are anxious to find just the right place to enjoy the Montana lifestyle. I am very qualified to help buyers and sellers with a smooth and pleasant real estate experience. I am proud to be part of the Corder and Associates Real Estate Team of Experts.

Meg McLaughlin, Realtor®

406.249.7546 | Meg@Corderland.com

Born and raised in Maryland, competing in the equestrian arena, and college educated in West Virginia with a degree in Business Administration, I fell in love with Montana at first sight during a visit to the Flathead Valley about 20 years ago. So much so, my husband and I bought the Lake Mary Ronan Lodge & Resort, a rustic fishing resort just west of Flathead Lake, moved the family across the country, and ran it as a family endeavor for 16 years. Those years of snowmobiling and ATV poker runs, ice fishing tournaments, horseback riding and hiking; along with running the business, working with various Chambers of Commerce and local charitable groups has grown my love of, and respect for, all things Montana. I love to share that compassion and knowledge with others in search of the same dream! Originally licensed in Maryland, I was determined to be the kind of real estate agent I wished I had when I bought my first home straight out of college and when I sold four homes and two businesses that I owned over the years. Constantly continuing to educate myself in real estate matters, it is not only my desire to help, but my enthusiasm and professionalism that sets me apart from many other agents. Corder and Associates along with LandLeader’s phenomenal real estate platform has been a great fit.

Megan Pirtz, Realtor®

406.939.3806 | Megan@Corderland.com

Megan Pirtz moved to Terry, MT to begin her life with her husband, Marshal. She claims all of eastern Montana to be her roots as she sees this side of the Montana as one big community. Passionate about working with people, she has worked in various jobs ranging from childcare to office managing to driving a tractor. Her most recent occupation working as the editor for the Terry Tribune allowed her to document the events and news of Prairie County and the surrounding areas for future generations. With encouragement from friends and family, Megan aimed her goals towards the real estate business. That decision has turned into a passion for her as she turns strangers into friends everyday as she goes about her business. Megan envisions promoting real estate in the eastern Montana area to allow it to grow and flourish, while remaining the small community that she loves. Looking to buy or sell property can be a stressful time, so Megan looks forward to putting you at ease and helping you while providing a friendly experience.

In her free time, Megan enjoys being with family and friends spending time outdoors. Whether it is hunting, fishing, barbequing or just playing outside with her husband and daughter, Elsie, that is where Megan finds her joy. She also involves herself in her community, serving on the Prairie County Fair Board and volunteering at several local events.

Nicklaus Schmele, Realtor®

406-499-1663 | Nicklaus@Corderland.com

nichlaus-schmeleExploring Montana’s vast beauty throughout my youth has convinced me that there is no better place to live. From the western side of the Rockies, where I was raised and attended the University of Montana in Missoula, to the plains of the eastern front, where I now raise my four sons, each corner of the state has its own dramatic expression that I’ve fallen in love with.

My previous years in law enforcement, time spent as a volunteer fire fighter, serving as President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 689, coaching youth football and maintaining a swim team board position have all allowed me to help my fellow Montanans.

I enjoy Montana’s abundant opportunities for hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. I have a passion for woodworking and restoring classic cars, which fuels my obsession for detail in everything I do, including helping my clients with their real estate needs.

Whether listing a property to sell or searching for the perfect piece of Montana to call your own, allow me to assist you with your needs and desires. I take pride in knowing that my clients are 100% satisfied with my performance.
